Fitness Programmes to Suit You

1-1 Personal Training

I offer blocks of 1-to-1 personal training sessions. Each session lasts 1 hour - taken once or more per week, depending on your goals and availability.

 

I work from my own gym so it’s completely private and very well equipped with PRIMAL's top of the line kit.

 

As part of your training programme I will be expect that you pick up either some of the home workouts from the online community as well as your 1-to-1 training sessions. I will give you as much support as I can but ultimately, the results are driven by you and your commitment to yourself.  We will discuss everything from goals to what type of training at your initial consultation, before we begin any training.

From £120 per month, with longer plans available at discounted rates. 

1-1 Stone Lifting

Stone lifting is an ancient Scottish tradition, where lifting stones was seen to be a sign and test of strength. The modern day has seen global popularity using Atlas Stones, as seen on World’s Strongest Man and other competitions.

I have a large collection of stones, ranging from 15kg up to 152kg.

Training for stones requires certain lifts in a gym environment tailored towards the stones lifting technique. Within 10 weeks (training twice per week), I would expect you to be able to move up from your current max stone to the next weight or maybe beyond.

From £40 per session, minimum 10

Online Programming

Live further afield? Don’t need 1-1 training? Have your own gym? I can design a programme specific to you, your goals, and the gym/ equipment you have available.

 

This is delivered through an app where you enter results and the programme is updated weekly if you choose this option. I can also design one off programmes.

 

Choosing the weekly option, you get a programme review weekly, a weekly check in, access to a Facebook Support Group, and access to a private online training community where live workouts can also be accessed.

 

Fully Inclusive option (includes all of the above) – Paid monthly £120

 

One off programme – that includes 4 weeks of follow up and check ins £150

Access information, motivation, be in with a group of like minded people and 6 live workouts per week from my online PT partner, Jo Martin. Workouts also available on catchup.
